How to stop body odour without using perfume

Alot of people are passing through shame and disgrace due to body odour despite the fact that they use deodorants they still found it difficult to eradicate the odour.

Body odour is cause by bacteria breaking down sweat into acids with unpleasant smell, during your day to day activities and it commonly occur at the apocrine gland which is found around the breast, armpit,ear, anus,feet and genital region.

Sweat on it own does not smell bad,it only does when bacterias act on them that is, converting sweat to acids which have foul smells. Majority of the victims are the obesed and diabetic patients, because an obsessed person is prone to sweat rapidly due to his body size.

 How to prevent body odour

1. Bath regularly with
warm water and anti-bacteria soups like Delto,etc

2. Make sure you dry the water on your body with your towel after bathing

3. Put on neat and dry clothes

4. Always keep your armpit shaved and also that of your private parts.

5. Avoid spicy foods because it causes the broke down sweat to have more unpleasant smells.

Causes of foot odour

Foot odour are unpleasant odour from the foot as a result of putting on socks and shoes that does not allow the sweat  on the foot to evaporate. When the sweats are not evaporated they are then acted upon by bacteria or fungi breaking down the sweat to acids with foul smell and sometimes it result to athletes foots.

Prevention of foot odour

1. Put on socks with man-made fibre so the evaporation of the sweat will be possible. Leather shoes are preferable because sweat easily evaporate from it.

2. If put on trainers or shoe with plastic lining you make sure you don't wear it for a long time

3. Wash your legs at least once in a day with antiseptic soups.
